My passion for fitness started early. Growing up, I was a multi-sport athlete, competing at the varsity level in basketball, baseball, track and field, and soccer. Being active and pushing my limits was always part of who I was, but it wasn’t until later that I truly understood the transformative power of health and fitness.
In 2020, I made the life-changing decision to become sober as part of my New Year’s resolution. That commitment sparked a tunnel vision for personal growth, and I fully immersed myself in learning, applying, and living a fitness-focused lifestyle. Health and training became my therapy, my outlet, and my driving purpose.
As I transformed myself from the inside out, people began noticing and soon started asking me to help them with their own fitness journeys. That’s when I realized it was time to take my passion to the next level and become a professional trainer.
